Chitwan National Park is one of the most primary attractions for wildlife activities in Nepal. The national Park Covers over 932 kilometers of forest, Wetland and grassland having spacious animal populations, making it one of the best National Parks for spotting wildlife in South Asia. It is not only the national park but also listed in the UNESCO world heritage site in 1984 AD. Chitwan National Park is particularly rich of Flora and Fauna, and habitat of one of the last populated one-horned Asiatic rhinoceros. Also the home of dear, monkeys and some of the more than 500 species of Birds. If you’re lucky, you may spot a leopard, wild elephant or sloth bear. Though it is the once in a lifetime chance to spot a royal Bengal tiger that is the first attraction. You will also have a chance to experience husbandry elephants, Ghadiyal and some other animals. The Tharu indigenous people welcome you with their unique cultural traditions. In Chitwan, there are many commercial hotels inside and outside of the park.
How to get Chitwan National Park?
There are daily Flights operate from Kathmandu airport to The nearest airport of Chitwan National Park is call Bharatpur Airport, (32km away) from the hotel that you are going to stay. We will pick you up from your hotel and take you to the airport and make sure everything is alright. The duration of the flight is roughly 20 minutes from Kathmandu but it’s depending on air traffic. Once you reach in Bhadrapur airport you will be picked up by our hotel representative and take you to the hotel.

DAY 01: Arrive at Chitwan National Park.
Arrive at the hotel which is 32 K.M. away from Bharatpur Airport. Upon arrival, welcome drink is served and refreshment then there will be a short briefing on the program and facilitate. After Lunch we Early in the morning we will take you to the Short Village Walk to visit around the village on foot to experience the daily life of the village people in the company of an experienced communicator to enhance knowledge on the life of Tharu people and, if lucky, the Royal Bengal tiger. Back to the hotel, take a relaxation with sunset view and dinner in the late evening.
DAY 02: Activities in Chitwan National Park.
Today early in the morning we will take you to Jeep Safari around 4 hours with Breakfast in the jungle. Proceed for the Jeep Safari crossing the Rapti River by Patela Boat to start with from Bhimle army check post. And our naturalists pick the route upon their experience on current sightings and animal movement. Breakfast will be served in between the safari in a scenic and safe spot chosen by the Naturalist.
(Note: Jeep Safari is prohibited during monsoon season by the park authorities from June-September and in some season it can extend till October).
Same day In the afternoon we will take you to the Elephant briefing/Feeding program: For those who share the same love for Elephants and would like to know these marvelous pachyderms a step closer, the activity gives a chance to spend quality time with our four beloved elephants and their mahouts and volunteering to feed them potato, bananas or their favorite self-made sandwiches! Since elephants have a great memory you will have a chance to befriend an elephant for life! You may also proceed to bathe with the elephants, scrub them up and swim among them in the cool waters of Rapti River. And back for Lunch.
(Note: Elephant bathing is done during the summer season as elephant loves to bath in the river willingly. Elephants are not forced to take bath during the cold season/day).
After lunch you will be floating downstream on the Rapti River, towards the western boundary of the park formed by Himalayan Narayani, boat safari will be arranged for evening time offering our unique sundowner experience at the confluence point. In the evening back to the hotel and have dinner.
DAY 03: Activities in Chitwan National Park.
After breakfast we will take you to the Elephant-back safari to experience the jungle and wildlife such as One-horned rhinoceros, several types of deer, monkeys, wild boar, bison, sloth bear, leopard and, if lucky, the Royal Bengal tiger. And back to the hotel for lunch.
After lunch, we will proceed for a walk inside the National park or Community Forest accompanied by an experienced naturalist and nature guide to explore the wildlife, flora & fauna and birding.
In the evening we will take you to the Tharu Cultural Dance program where you can experience some of their traditional skills and dances. And in the late evening, you will be back for Dinner.
DAY 04: Activities in Chitwan National Park.
After breakfast, we will take you to the Boat Safari in a traditional patela boat from the resort itself which takes you on a silent trip down the Rapti River to view aquatic birds, crocodiles, Gharials and the animals of the river banks. After Boat Safari we will drive back to the hotel and have leisure afternoon. In the late afternoon, we proceed for Proceed for Jeep Safari crossing the Rapti River by Patela Boat to start with from Bhimle army check post. Will take a different direction than earlier jeep safari or as per the consultation with the guests and preference, the present sighting of animals for about 2 to 3 hours and back to the hotel for dinner.
DAY 05: Short activities and departure.
Early in the morning, we will take you to the Short jungle walk for birding or Village Walk to visit around the village on foot to experience the daily life of the village people in the company of an experienced communicator to enhance knowledge on the life of Tharu people then back for Breakfast.
After breakfast, you will be taken to the airport to and fly back to Kathmandu.
